Terms and Conditions of Sale<\/strong><\/h2>\n

H\u00f4tel de Silhouette \u2013 Biarritz<\/strong><\/p>\n

RATES<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Prices are inclusive of VAT.
Tourist tax not included (\u20ac3.60 per person, per night).<\/p>\n

Accepted credit cards: Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard, and American Express.
Cheques are not accepted.<\/p>\n

\n

HOTEL POLICY<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Rooms are available from 3:00 PM<\/strong> on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12:00 PM (noon)<\/strong> on the day of departure.
Any late check-out will be charged as an additional night.<\/p>\n

If you wish to have access to your room before 3:00 PM on the day of arrival, we recommend booking the previous night (preferential rate subject to availability). Likewise, for late check-outs, booking the following night allows you to keep your room after 12:00 PM.<\/p>\n

For extended stays of more than one week, billing will be issued on a weekly basis.<\/p>\n

BOOKING TERMS<\/strong><\/h3>\n

  • \n

    For stays of 1 to 5 nights<\/strong>: A deposit equal to the first night\u2019s rate is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    For stays of more than 5 nights<\/strong>: A deposit of 30% of the total amount<\/strong> is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    \n

    CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION POLICY<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    All cancellations or modifications must be submitted via email<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

      \n
    • \n

      If cancelled 5 days or more before the arrival date (by 3:00 PM local time)<\/strong>: the deposit will be refunded.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      If cancelled or modified less than 5 days before the arrival date (after 3:00 PM local time)<\/strong>: the deposit is non-refundable.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      No postponement or refund will be granted within 5 days of the arrival date.<\/p>\n

      In the case of early departure<\/strong> or no-show<\/strong>, the full remaining amount of the stay will be charged.<\/p>\n

      OPENING HOURS<\/strong><\/h3>\n

      H\u00f4tel de Silhouette is open year-round, 24\/7<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

      The JARDIN Restaurant<\/strong> is open all year.<\/p>\n

        Open daily for lunch.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Open daily for lunch and dinner during the summer months (July & August).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Group lunches and dinners can be organized upon request.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        \n

        PRIVATE PARKING<\/strong><\/h3>\n

        The hotel\u2019s private parking is outdoor and secured<\/strong>.
        Reservation required.<\/strong>
        Rate: \u20ac22 per day, or \u20ac30 per day<\/strong> with electric vehicle charging option.<\/p>\n

        PETS<\/strong><\/h3>\n

        Pets are allowed in select rooms<\/strong>, upon request.
        They are welcome in the garden<\/strong>, but not allowed<\/strong> in the breakfast room<\/strong> or on the restaurant terrace<\/strong>.
