Terms and Conditions of Sale

Hôtel de Silhouette – Biarritz

RATES

Prices are inclusive of VAT.
Tourist tax not included (€3.60 per person, per night).

Accepted credit cards: Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard, and American Express.
Cheques are not accepted.

HOTEL POLICY

Rooms are available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12:00 PM (noon) on the day of departure.
Any late check-out will be charged as an additional night.

If you wish to have access to your room before 3:00 PM on the day of arrival, we recommend booking the previous night (preferential rate subject to availability). Likewise, for late check-outs, booking the following night allows you to keep your room after 12:00 PM.

For extended stays of more than one week, billing will be issued on a weekly basis.

BOOKING TERMS

  • For stays of 1 to 5 nights: A deposit equal to the first night’s rate is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.

  • For stays of more than 5 nights: A deposit of 30% of the total amount is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.

CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION POLICY

All cancellations or modifications must be submitted via email.

  • If cancelled 5 days or more before the arrival date (by 3:00 PM local time): the deposit will be refunded.

  • If cancelled or modified less than 5 days before the arrival date (after 3:00 PM local time): the deposit is non-refundable.

No postponement or refund will be granted within 5 days of the arrival date.

In the case of early departure or no-show, the full remaining amount of the stay will be charged.

OPENING HOURS

Hôtel de Silhouette is open year-round, 24/7.

The JARDIN Restaurant is open all year.

  • Open daily for lunch.

  • Open daily for lunch and dinner during the summer months (July & August).

  • Group lunches and dinners can be organized upon request.

PRIVATE PARKING

The hotel’s private parking is outdoor and secured.
Reservation required.
Rate: €22 per day, or €30 per day with electric vehicle charging option.

PETS

Pets are allowed in select rooms, upon request.
They are welcome in the garden, but not allowed in the breakfast room or on the restaurant terrace.
Additional fee: €15 per day.
