Restaurant Jardin

Located at the heart of the Halles district, the Restaurant Jardin offers a seasonal menu celebrating regional delights. Enjoy breakfast, lunch or weekend brunch on the terrace or in the Grand Salon. The restaurant is open daily from 12pm to 2pm and in the summer evenings from 7pm to 10pm.

Relax in our lush garden, lulled by ocean air and birdsong. The bar offers a curated wine list in collaboration with Antoine Vignac of L’Artnoa Biarritz and expertly crafted cocktails. Open daily from 11am to 10pm.

Breakfast & Brunch

Start the day with a healthy Kousmine-inspired breakfast or a generous buffet showcasing Basque products.

Buffet breakfast from 07am to 11am (in the salon, garden or in-room)
Weekend brunch from 11am to 3pm (reservation required)

Jardin des Arts

In summer, our garden transforms into a vibrant Jardin des Arts—an artistic and festive space celebrating local cuisine, signature cocktails, and conviviality.

Every Tuesday and Thursday, July–August, from 7.30pm until sunset.
Reservations are recommended.
